Excellent
I was always losing keys with three kids. Now they just use their finger. The installer checked the door first, fitted it and showed us all how it works.
I did not know which smart lock to buy. They recommended Guardian, explained why, and the price included everything. No surprise costs at the end.
They ran about 30 minutes late on the day, which was a little annoying. But they called me first, and the work itself was clean and tidy. Lock has been perfect since.
My old deadlock was sticking and I did not trust it. Their team fitted the Guardian, tested it with the door open and closed, and left the entry cleaner than they found it.
It took me a couple of goes to get used to the app, and I had to ring them once. They answered and walked me through it. Would have liked a printed guide, otherwise very happy.

We check your door first. If it is not suitable, we tell you straight away and you pay nothing.
